A real, specific look at what's costing you leads — your site, your funnel, and whether AI search engines can even find you.
Most "free audits" are a sales script. This one isn't — it's the same review we run on our own companies before touching anything: what's broken on the site, where the funnel leaks, and whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews can actually cite you.
You get a straight answer on what's actually worth fixing first, not a 40-page report designed to scare you into a retainer.
Where visitors actually drop off, not a generic checklist.
Whether AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity can find and cite you today.
What to fix first, in order — not a sales pitch dressed as a report.
Every audit we run looks at the same three layers, in the same order, because that is the order problems tend to compound in. First the site itself — does it load fast, does it say what you do in the first screen, is the path to “contact us” obvious or buried three clicks deep. Second the funnel — where a visitor actually becomes an enquiry, and where that chain quietly breaks: a form that emails nobody, a lead that sits for three days before anyone replies, a phone number that is not clickable on mobile.
Third, and the layer most agencies still skip entirely, is whether AI search engines can find and cite you at all. That means checking whether your pages are structured as clear, self-contained answers — the kind a model can lift a paragraph from and quote — or whether everything is written as marketing copy that has nothing a model would ever quote directly.
You get all three findings in one straight list, ranked by what is actually costing you the most right now, not by what happens to be easiest for us to sell you.
The standard “free audit” in this industry is built backwards: an agency decides what it wants to sell first, then produces a report engineered to make that the obvious answer. The page count is the tell. A 40-page PDF full of screenshots and generic scoring grids is not a diagnosis, it is a sales document wearing a diagnosis’s clothes.
We run this exact review on our own companies — RentaPóliza, Vive Polanco and Art of NOMA — before we run it on anyone else’s, and none of those are agency clients we are trying to upsell. That changes what the finding process looks like in practice: we are not incentivised to find problems that only our own retainer happens to fix, because most of the time the fix we would apply to our own site is the same one we would recommend to you.
The result is a list you could hand to a different agency, or to your own team, and act on without ever hiring us. That is a genuinely different deliverable from a report built to close a deal.
This is the newer half of the audit, and increasingly the more consequential one. A growing share of searches now end without a click at all — 68.01% of Google searches ended without a click in the first four months of 2026, up from 60.45% in 2024, measured across Similarweb’s desktop and mobile clickstream panel. When an AI-generated summary appears in the results, Pew Research Center found users click through to a website only 8% of the time, versus 15% when no summary appears — based on 68,879 Google searches instrumented in March 2025.
What that means in practice is that ranking well is no longer the whole test. The question worth answering is whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews are actually naming you when someone asks a question your business could answer. We check this directly: running the real questions a prospective client would ask through the major AI search surfaces and recording whether your business shows up, and if a competitor is being cited in your place.
Most sites we look at have never been structured for this at all — no clear answer-first paragraphs, no FAQ schema, nothing a model can lift cleanly. That is usually fixable without a redesign, which is exactly the kind of finding this audit is built to surface.
You get the findings directly from Josh or Phil, not a template a junior account manager reads off a screen. Every item on the priority list is something you can act on whether or not you ever work with us again — that is deliberate. Some of it you or your existing developer can fix in an afternoon. Some of it is structural and takes longer.
If it turns out the highest-priority fix is something we are well placed to help with, we will say so plainly and you can decide from there. If the honest answer is that your biggest problem is not a marketing problem — pricing, inventory, staffing — we will tell you that too, because a report that pretends otherwise is not worth your time or ours.

Yes. You tell us your site through the form on this page and we send back the priority list. There is no obligation to become a client afterward, and the list is written to be useful even if you never do.
It depends on the size of the site and funnel, but most audits are turned around within a few business days of you submitting your site. We would rather send a shorter, accurate list a few days later than a padded one immediately.
For the site and AI-visibility layers, no — those can be checked from the outside. If you want the funnel review to go deeper than what is publicly visible, we may ask for read-only access to specific tools, and we will always ask before requesting anything.
That happens occasionally, and we say so directly rather than inventing findings to justify the report. More often there is at least one uncomfortable finding, but the point of the exercise is accuracy, not a guaranteed list of problems.
The audit diagnoses what is wrong with your specific site and funnel today. The AI marketing training teaches you to build and run the underlying systems yourself, on your own business, going forward. Many people start with the audit and use its findings as the starting point for training.
