Success Stories: The Companies We Run on AI, With the Numbers

Ciao Bella runs its own companies on the AI marketing systems it sells. VIVE Polanco earned 1.3 million Google impressions in 90 days; Art of NOMA grew its Google clicks about 2.5× after daily publishing resumed; RentaPóliza went from 12 broken internal links to 1. Every number below has a source and a date.

The Companies We Run on Our Own AI Systems

Before we sell a marketing system, we run it on a company we own. These three are the proof, with the numbers and where each one comes from. When a company has no business result to show yet, we say so instead of inventing one.

VIVE Polanco Founded & operated · Mexico City

VIVE Polanco

1.3M

Google impressions in 90 days

  • 14,410 clicks from Google search, average position about 7.5.
  • 92% of those clicks come from Mexico; 71% are on a phone.
  • Daily impressions rose 13% from late June to the last week of September.

What we built: a neighborhood guide and property site for Polanco, a daily editorial engine with a written standard, one set of business facts across Google and the site, and WhatsApp leads flowing straight into the CRM.

Art of NOMA Founded & operated · Emerging art

Art of NOMA

2.5×

Google clicks, last 30 days vs. June’s pace

  • 394 clicks and 14,400 impressions in the 30 days to 21 September 2026.
  • The jump starts on 24 August, the day daily publishing resumed.
  • One CRM now holds the gallery’s 2,400 contacts, tagged by where they came from.

What we built: a daily journal with FAQ markup, a nightly Spanish translation pass, a shipping model matched to size, a YouTube checklist for every video, and a CRM layered on the store. Most sales happen in conversation, not in the cart, so we measure the conversations.

RentaPóliza Founded & operated · Mexico

RentaPóliza

12 → 1

broken internal links

  • Pages with broken structured data: 6 → 0. Pages with FAQ markup: 2 → 5.
  • 136 published posts, matched one-for-one with the sitemap.
  • A duplicate staging copy of the site was taken off the internet.

What we built: a move from a prototype to a real Spanish-language site, the page language fixed to Spanish sitewide, the author set to a real person, and the plan names made consistent everywhere. RentaPóliza is new, so there are no customer numbers to publish yet. This is the foundation, and we will add results when they are real.

How We Count a Result

A result on this page needs a source you could check: a Google Search Console export, a live-site audit, a CRM count. Each one carries its date. We report impressions and clicks, not “visitors”, because bots inflate visitor counts and search data doesn’t lie about what it measured.

What we leave out is just as deliberate: revenue we did not cause, sales that happened in person, and any number we could not trace to where it came from. More work, including client projects, is on our work.

Want your business found on Google and in ChatGPT? Ciao Bella plans start at $1,000 a month, no setup fee. See the three packages.

Frequently asked questions

Are these companies clients or yours?

Ours. VIVE Polanco, Art of NOMA and RentaPóliza are companies Josh Stein founded and operates. We run our systems on them first, so the results are ours to measure and to publish.

Why impressions and clicks instead of visitors?

Because visitor counts in analytics tools include bots, and we have seen them inflated by more than 40% on our own sites. Search Console impressions and clicks come from Google itself and are much harder to pad.

Why doesn’t RentaPóliza show revenue or customers?

It is a new company and those numbers are not ready to publish. We show what we can prove: the technical rebuild that search engines reward. We will add business results when they are real.

Are the testimonials real?

Yes. They are shown word for word, in the words the clients used, with nothing added.

Can I get results like these?

Nobody can guarantee a Google ranking or a ChatGPT citation, and we do not. Start with the free AI Visibility Checker to see where your site stands, or talk to the OGs.
